EVELYN ALUMBREROS

Evelyn is currently a New York and Chicago based actress. She is originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin, and can attest that her first stop when she is home is either getting cheese curds from Culvers, or Danish Kringle from O&H Bakery. She recently graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Health and Society in May 2025.
Evelyn grew up in a musical family, yet got her start on film when she took her first on-camera acting class at the age of 7. She loved it so much that she decided to pursue child acting. Her love for the stage never left, and with her mother guiding her voice in more ways than one, she decided to pursue theater more seriously. Evelyn is drawn to work that inspires thoughtful reflection and that challenges audiences to reflect on their own lives and beliefs. Evelyn is also invested in emphasizing the importance of vocal health in the theatre community and one day hopes to achieve her masters in speech-pathology to work with singers and actors who have injured their voices and provide them with support and guidance. When not on stage or screen, Evelyn can be found baking her favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, hopefully winning at Mario Kart, or nestled up with her two dogs, Rusty and Bella. |

Alongside the Emerson BFA Musical Theater Class of 2025, Evelyn had the opportunity to perform in Pop Dead Gorgeous, a cabaret featuring pop classics. Evelyn also served as an assistant director and worked alongside Ilana Ransom-Toeplitz and Sariva Goetz.
